Idea
Speech is transcribed on the device and turned into a structured visit report that syncs when signal returns. The agronomist reads it before the farmer does.

On-device speech
A small speech model runs on the phone, so recording works anywhere.
Sync queue
Visits queue locally and sync in order, with conflicts shown, never silently merged.
Review before send
Nothing reaches a farmer until the agronomist approves it.
Outcome
Released on Android and iOS. Reports get written in the field, not at the kitchen table.
