Context
Dispatchers spent their mornings copying pickup times, weights and addresses out of emails into the transport system. Mistakes surfaced only when a truck reached the wrong dock.
Idea
The agent reads each request, fills the assignment form and marks every field it is unsure of. Nothing books until a dispatcher approves, and every edit becomes a new test case.
The details that mattered
Field confidence
Each extracted field carries its own confidence; low ones are highlighted first.
Edit as feedback
A correction is saved with the original email and replayed in the eval suite.
One-click approve
Approval writes to the transport system through its existing API, never around it.
Outcome
Shipped to the day shift first, then nights. The eval suite blocks a release if accuracy on past requests drops.
